B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and MBA. As a Chartered Engineer, he ensures projects meet strict technical, compliance and safety standards.
B.E. in Civil Engineering, Assam Engineering College. Retired Executive Engineer, Assam PWD; on deputation to Indian Railways, contributed to the construction of the Naranarayan Setu at Jogighopa.
