Founder Director
Er. Manindra Nath Pathak is the Founder Director and principal architect of Mazel Infratech Private Limited’s growth journey. A technocrat turned entrepreneur, he combines engineering precision with strategic business leadership to steer the organization toward sustained excellence.
Holding a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and an MBA, he brings a rare synergy of technical depth and corporate acumen. As a Chartered Engineer, he embodies professional credibility, ethical responsibility, and recognized technical competence.

Er. Ranendra Nath Pathak
Director
Er. Ranendra Nath Pathak is a seasoned civil engineering professional who retired as an Executive Engineer from the Assam Public Works Department (PWD) after a distinguished career in public infrastructure development and project execution. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Assam Engineering College.
During his tenure with Assam PWD, Er. Pathak was involved in planning, supervising, and implementing a wide range of infrastructure works that contributed to regional connectivity and social development. He also rendered his services to national programmes such as Sarba Siksha Abhiyan.
On deputation to the Indian Railways, Er. Pathak played an active role in major railway infrastructure works. Notably, he contributed to the construction of the landmark Naranarayan Setu at Jogighopa, where his outstanding performance earned him a medal in recognition of exemplary service.
Following his superannuation from government service, Er. Pathak joined Mazel Infratech, bringing decades of technical and administrative experience.
